GLITTER DUST
| Dust this ultra fine glitter lightly over wet polish, or paint on with an art brush dipped in "Looks Wet" Top Coat for a solid metallic look. Finish with your favorite topcoat. All nail art should have a fresh application of topcoat every 2 - 3 days. Be sure to retail a bottle to your customers.
Alternatively, you can mix directly into your acrylic powder or gel. |
